  • Investment preparation, organization, implementation:
    Within the framework of our comprehensive construction project management service, we provide comprehensive administration and, in addition to engineering consulting, we provide methodological and communication support.
  • Design coordination:
    We coordinate the entire design process with our own or commissioned designers.
  • Tender execution:
    We fully manage the procurement process, starting with the planning and scheduling of the entire procurement – the technical content and design documentation of the investment – providing support for compiling tender documentation, evaluating and comparing the received bids, participating in price negotiations, providing assistance in selecting the general contractor or – in the case of a multi-contractor model – the individual professional contractors, and concluding contracts.
  • Implementation coordination:
    We carry out the direct management of the construction workplace, during which we coordinate the construction and installation works carried out on the structure, ensure implementation in accordance with official regulations, permits and the related technical plans, and organize the construction work process.
  • Tenant or customer coordination:
    With the help of our experts in sales, we fully assess the enforcement of the technical aspects of tenants and buyers during the project.

TENDER PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Since the call for proposals separates the tender writing and project management processes, in the case of tender projects, we consider the process starting after the successful tender, related to the full financial and professional implementation, as well as ending with mandatory maintenance, as projects, and its coordination and full professional background support as project management. We have extensive experience in the preparation and full administration of applications, from submission to the conclusion of the Grant Agreement. The task of winning tenders and writing proposals is also very complex, but a positive decision of support is only the first step on the way to the implementation of a successful project. Good project management is the key to becoming a successful applicant.

In the course of the project management service, our company performs and takes over the following tasks from the project owner:

  • Writing and handling applications during the selection process (filling gaps, clarifying questions)
  • Conclusion of a grant agreement
  • Preparation of Project Progress Reports and Payment Requests for the application
  • Relations with announcing and monitoring organisations and their representatives
  • Assisting the applicant in the financial settlement of the project in cooperation with the stakeholders of the project (applicant, accountant, suppliers, contractors, intermediate body)
  • Personal consultation, conducting project meetings
  • Preparation of Final Project Progress Report and Payment Request and compilation of their deficiencies
  • Participation in on-the-spot checks
  • Modification and preparation of the necessary documentation and documents (grant agreement) related to the project
  • Preparation of reports during the entire maintenance period of the project, up to its completion.
