Scamard residential park, Zamárdi: In addition to owned, luxury residential and holiday apartments in the residential park to be handed over in 2021, the company group also uses holiday apartments for tourists arriving on the shore of Lake Balaton in its own operation. Air-conditioned apartments with balconies, eternal panoramic views, terraces, parking within the property, swimming pool overlooking Lake Balaton, just a few steps from the shore of the lake.
Reviczky Udvar: Budapest industrial park located on a 2-hectare area in the XVIII. district, including warehouse, workshop, medical aid manufacturing department and office with rental properties. There is also a 120-seat workers’ hostel built in 2017-18 on the territory of the industrial park. The utilization of the area has a history of several decades.
Székesfehérvár, Office building: A smaller, very reasonably priced, category B office building located in Székesfehérvár with covered and open parking spaces located within the property, completely renovated within ten years. The popularity of the office building is characterized by the fact that it has been operating at almost full occupancy for many years.
Hotel Veszprém: Located in the centre of Veszprém, it is the largest capacity accommodation in the city with county rights, which has been operating as a hotel for more than 40 years. 77 rooms for 151 people at reasonable prices. On the ground floor of the property there are various service and commercial units. (Bank branch, clothing store, two types of bakery, key copier, etc…)
Hotel Pilvax, Kalocsa: A quiet, intimate smaller hotel in the downtown of Kalocsa with 15 air-conditioned rooms with 2 beds. The property was completely renovated in 2017 and awaits those who want to relax in the city with modern rooms and evening sauna refreshment. After the emergency situation due to the pandemic situation of the recent period has passed, it will reopen its doors to the public in the summer of 2021.
Gold Apartment Retirement House The building is located in one of the quietest neighborhoods of Sopron. Nearby is the workshop and confectionery of the Harrer Chocolate Manufactory, which is a great option if relatives want to go for a walk with our residents. There are many recreational opportunities in the town. Sopron boasts one of the best preserved historical downtowns in Hungary. Within the country, it is second in the list of cities with monuments. For those who like to go hiking, the Forest of Lőverek provides a great program. The well-praised clean air helps to refresh you and is good for your health. GOLD Apartment House is different from most nursing homes. We strive to ensure that the elderly who move in with us do not focus on losing their homes, but can successfully integrate into our community. With us, they can spend their days in safe conditions, yet in an environment they like.
Several club activities are available to the residents week by week, and we try to make the time spent here more meaningful by learning special shows and making decorations for each holiday or famous occasion. In addition to organized activities, we also provide space for residents’ initiatives and gatherings.
